General Conditions for All:-1. Two Surities Either Tax Payee or Govt. Servant having reasonable Worth. 2) Third Party Principle or Collateral Equitable Mortgage is allowed but Max. Limit recommendation is restricted upto 80 % of value of Security along with the other eligible criteria. 3) Stock, Principle and Collateral Security must be insured with the endorsement in favour of the Bank. 4) Half Yearly cerification by Br. Head 5) Other Terms as per Sanction Letter.
